To start this journey and learn next steps, please first call the parish office at 812-937-2200 to schedule a meeting with Fr. Crispine. After meeting with Fr. Crispine, please fill out the forms below with the help of your chosen Godparents, and email it to stjoedale@evdio.org or drop it off at the parish office.
